Laban Dictionary is a multi-language dictionary program that offers English-Vietnamese, French-Vietnamese, and Japanese-Vietnamese translations. It also includes technical and business dictionaries. Unlike many dictionary apps, Laban Dictionary is offline and does not display any ads. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate.

One of the standout features of Laban Dictionary is its ability to look up words by speaking. Users can use the speech-to-text functionality to search for words in both English and Vietnamese, powered by Google Voice Input.

This dictionary is particularly useful for English language learners, especially those preparing for TOEFL, TOEIC, and IELTS exams.

The English-Vietnamese Dictionary included in Laban Dictionary is licensed from the Vietnam Institute of Linguistics. Created by Professor Le Kha Ke, a renowned linguist, this dictionary received the National Prize in science study in 2005. It includes over 300,000 words, phrases, and meanings, along with more than 120,000 examples.

The Vietnamese-English dictionary within the app consists of over 35,000 frequently used words and phrases.
